All newly constructed buildings have to meet standards of Customer protection law for residential properties.When buying or renting newly constructed buildings, every potential buyer is exposed to many risks like unfinished constructions, problems with land register, hidden mortgages and many other hidden defects. Also there is always a risk, that contractor didn't fulfil the job as stated in contract.
